Saying everyone is Biafra will control their resource is just talk. 2) Nothing good ever comes easy so I don't expect anybody to hand me resource control but I'm not stupid, so I realise that even the little 13% I got was not used judiciously so I'll rather clean my "house" first before fighting for more.
