The Government can do better for the Police, in turn leading to better security and less harrassment. This images paint the reality, what sort of Force uses such shambolic scraps in the day to day combat of crime?
We hear on the News of rampaging criminal elements with urban style break-in backed by technical escape plans, some using speedboats even. Then we, the citizens become outraged and demand the powers that be to expedite action and bring the unjust to justice.

However, in some cases this is the reality on ground.
