It should be 'Funniest Comments' and not 'Most Funniest Comments' as 'most' is also used to describe superlative adjectives that don't use suffix like 'er, est and iest' to define their state with others in comparison. Eg. More or Most handsome, beautiful etc. while other adjectives that don't go with more and most make their differences by adding suffix like 'er, est and iest' and thus cannot be used with more and most together.
