All these nonsense is time wasting. The Ministers named and sworn in have not made any impact on the economy yet you are appointing more people.

It seem Nigeria is doomed with this current leadership, fuel scarcity has taken over the cities in Nigeria yet he is reluctant to do something about it. An average Nigerian is getting poorer and poorer. Buhari you need to get to work as it seems you haven't realized the days of campaign is over. What we keep hearing every day is that you will do this and you will do that, that is Fuckiing Bullocks.

Get to work and stop all these campaign promises...

Perm, Secs, are top civil servants incharge of Ministries , they are incharge of bureaucracy of Govt, Ministers on the other hand are political appointees who are in charge of policy direction of their Ministries while Special Advisers are also political appointees who work directly with the President. The President as a human cannot know all, he therefore counters the request of his Ministers i,e Health with the opinion and advice from his Adviser on Health.
