In Nigeria no one understand clearly what is going on. In an ideal situation where the police understand what's going on, you treat an officer this way, the whole area will be full of police men, the actual suspects identified, arrested and charged. This is when things will start to look good. In the coming days, many will be more brutalized, more injuries, casualties but no one will be charged. So in Nigeria everyone learns to lay low even the police, because if you die you don go.

Things already boiling hot in Kogi state ahead of the governorship elections tomorrow. According to reports which have been circulating on Facebook, this Divisional Police Officer identified as Dekina Akinola was attacked by political thugs who allegedly accosted him and wounded him after a clash today. The cause of the fight was not disclosed. The police officer was immediately rushed to a hospital where his head which got broken in the process fighting -was treated by nurses...
