FG should give more licence to private companies to build refineries. They in turn can build refineries anywhere or any state they want.
Or allow state governments to build and own refineries. In that case governor Udom can build his own.
A country like Nigeria should not only be exporting crude oil but refined petroleum products as well

In Rivers, Delta and Bayelsa, crude oil are mined onshore.if there should be a new refineryto be built, these states should be considerd first because it is more cost effective and also factor the logistics required.

Have you factored the cost of building pipelines from the myriad of oil wells to a single point refinery?

Have you considered the built up areas that you intend passing your pipelines through?

Building a coastal refinery in Akwa Ibom near oil jetties which will be supplied by coastal pipelines is cheaper and far more easier to build.

There is also the gain of transporting refined products via ships to the adjourning coasts for onward transfer in land and even for export.

But you won't know that because you want the refinery in osogbo

The f.g must be looking for a way to locate some refineries away from the niger delta so as to benefit the leeches on the other side of the country who won't develop their own natural minerals... .we would continue to suffer for no reason in this country until we do the right thing...let us practice true federalism and yield it's fruitage...
