And som ignorant Nigerians will still shamelesly claim dat Nigeria has strong military force or strong army. A situatn whereby Nigerian soldiers fled on sightin Boko Haram militants witout first puting up fierce resistance while ordinary vigilante members stood galantly to battle nd repelld d terrorists in gunfights, is very embarassin nd calls for urgent evaluatn of strength nd combat-readines of d military. Wit dis present state of d Nigerian military, I doubt if our armed forces can even witstand small countries like Togo, Niger or Ghana in armed combats (God forbid). D Boko Haram conflict is d first major test of d combat-readines of d Nigerian military since d end of d civil war. It's high time d Federal Govt took appropriat steps to restore d strength and dignity of our armed forces.
Which strength & dignity dem get b4? Nigerian army has always been a organization concentrated with mostly unprofessional, thuggish cowards. If dey had a shred of true pride (nt d gra gra) & professionalism, the many cases of civilian brutality dey carry out wouldn't occur. It doesn't take much to beat & humiliate an unarmed man & regularly flount ur country's law in d name of "superiority". They refer 2 us as "bloody civilians" 2 b trampled on instead of seeing demselves as our protectors. Even their much touted victory in d civil war should b a source of shame. It took dem about 3 years 2 defeat a biafran army dt had been hurriedly put 2geda 6 months earlier. A biafran army consisting of mostly male teens outnumbered & outgunned . D only bright spot in their wretched existence is their performance in peace keeping missions. When it matters, dey r nowhere 2 b seen. Their gra gra cannot work against a well armed adversary. Their poor civilian relationship is 1 of D main reasons dey r finding it hard 2 defeat boko haram. Their warfare tactics r archaic & outlandish. Their notion of winning dis war is about raking up a huge body count not carrying out strategic neutralizing of boko haram coordinators. Their intelligence gathering is below par.

Playing games on playstation actually increases intelligence. Don't think that they are just a waste of time. Play a car racing game on a PS for a while and u are guaranteed to learn a trick or two. Play soccer and u wld learn a trick or two for real life, the same goes to war games.

Why is it so hard for the Nigerian Army to send drones ahead of the troops to survey the enemy? See their position and formation and attack accordingly? Front, back, left, right, center?

The commanders defo lack intelligence and the blame is on the entire squad of our defense system.

Just like Nigeria in it's entirety, FAULTY!!!

i stand with our armed forces at this critical time of our national rebirth, how did we get it so bad to have elected and allowed a disaster to Have ruled us for 6years, creating monomental damage to our existence as nation. Jonathan and his people murdered sleep by allowing criminality to fester in the laNd, and he will know no peace until every single soul who has contributed to this menace is brought to justice. I will rather support a dead buhari than a thousand clueless jonathan
