I Cant Seem To Understand How Rivers And Balyelsa See Election As A Foreign Body.They Just Cant Have An Election Without Bloodshed.

I called my younger sister that is in BY and she was saying same thing and that many didn't bother to go out.

Bayelsa is bigger than akwa ibom,imo,abia,osun,lagos and she is the of high security risk because of her terrain.
