Former Aviation Minister and a chieftain of the
Peoples Democratic Party, Femi Fani-Kayode,
Monday, stated that former CBN governor and Emir of
Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi, has lost his mind for
demanding the incarceration of ex Petroleum
Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke.

Madueke has been facing investigation in the US for
alleged financial misappropriation as oil minister.

The cancer-ridden ex-OPEC chairman may be jailed if
found guilty of the charges.

Sanusi, had in a recent interview called on the federal
government to jail Madueke for corruption.

Reacting to Sanusi’s submission, FFK, as Fani is
fondly called, described the emir’s the comment as
someone who is mentally derailed.

He aired his view on his Facebook wall thus: “When I was told that the Emir of Kano said this to
the American media, I was left with the conclusion
that he has lost touch with reality and that he has
totally lost his mind.

He should provide the evidence to prove his
allegation that one billion dollars was stolen every
month by Jonathan or he should just shut up and hold
his peace.

If it is not President Buhari travelling to foreign lands
to criminalize and defame us with his malicious
words and absurd generalizations about how ‘dark,
rotten and corrupt’ the Nigerian people supposedly
are, it is people like Emir Sanusi Lamido. This rubbish
has to stop.”

Sanusi should give it a rest. As a royal father and an educated man he has to watch his utterances. Why should Buhari jail Diezani without a competent court declaring her guilty. If na like that then Gej should also have jailed Sanusi at the time he was unceremoniously removed as CBN governor.
No one is saying she is blameless but Buhari is not the court. Everything remains in the realm of allegations until she is pronounced guilty.

FFK already knows SLS has never been good with facts and figures. SLS specialises in picking easy targets. SLS should prove us wrong and come out with figures to shut ffk up.
