So if u were his commissioner for sports, common sense won't tell you that preparing a footwear and jessy for your boss who has come to encourage the youths is an act of prudence and competence in your office. Such a thing shouldn't meet a sport commisioner unawares. Facing the risk of hitting ur foot against a stone on that substandard pitch isn't humility
Well you may say the governor is humble on his part but the commissioner is not perceptive. In my own terms, I would say he's mannerless from home. That's why it reflects even in office.

Those pictures didn't in any way portray that man as someone who is simple or humble.

It's stupid for a state governor to kickoff a football match without the necessary footwears. That's not being humble, that's being silly and backward.

What if he fractures his toes? What advice would he give a football or team manager who complains of lack of football boots, shin guards, socks etc?...tell them to play barefoot after all his excellency took a 25 yard kick without boots??.

Haba Mr Governor! This is not right. what about the issue of health and safety. He easily could end up with a dislocated toe and the next thing we hear is that he has been flown abroad for treatment. I am sure he was briefed on the nature of event and it would have just been ok to dress up to the occasion. And what is it about all these security guys that mill around elected personalities. Honestly they are part of the people that make these our politicians feel so important.
