There are indications that the box-like parcel cladded in green and white purportedly containing the 2016 national budget and presented to Senate President, Saraki contained only a piece highlighting the figures that summed up per ministry to the six trillion naira and no proper budgetary breakdown. It was all framed up to deceive Nigerians in an attempt to appear prepared for governance for the year. What do you feel about this....?
