Is the media now a court where Judges are meant to hear the statements of the accused and then deliever judgment.

If the DSS can go so low as to do a photoshop of Kalu with a prostitute then the agency is not worth minute respect nor crediblity.

Be careful in what to believe, all may turn out to be lies. Remember, you need mountains of lies to cover the previous and the subsequents.

So you believe dsss did that poor job photoshop? Lmaooo. They will rather find a woman, strip dilector naked then snap a pics with him than present that poor photoshop pics. The pics was circulated first on this nairaland by some jesters. Lol

Why are my zombie friends shouting jail jail all over the place. Where in the constitution of nigeria did it say that mounting a transmitter is the same as treasonable felony.
Did the guy steal mtn masts or cable like some ex-nepa officials? Did he damage any of mtn property?
Are MTN properties now FG properties.
somebody who pays an abooki monthly to look after his house or land. The abooki then rents part of the house/land to others, does that mean abooki will go to jail for treason?

If the owner (MTN) is not happy with hosting the (Biafran trasmitter), they should simply remove it and fire the guy. I don't see any treason here, the highest they can get na fine for tresspasing mtn property and mtn will have to write a petition and get involved which may make many Ibo/pro-Biafrans boycott mtn services in future. Lawal daura of DSS is just chasing shadows. A transmitter is not regulated like fireams.
U are an intelligent guy and I respect u for that. Some guys don't understand what treason means. Thanks bro

I keep wondering what the owners of nairaland intend to achieve by constantly bashing Biafra. They post every unsavory news about Biafra, yet they disallow every news that's pro Biafra. That's very low.

Moronic anti Biafrans are so fast to hold onto any bad news about our struggle. Deal with your ever collapsing Zoogeria. Did I forget to bring to ur stupid notice that mounting a receiver is never a crime, foools

The 29-year-old, who was on the payroll of Ericsson, the firm managing mast sites for MTN, revealed this in a statement which he made to the Department of State Services on July 27, 2015
Good and Fine... but why is the news surfacing after about 5months now..

you have stated a very good point. But what if the abooki rented the house to bokoharam's shekao?? Does that mean the abooki is free and has nothing to do with it?? Aiding and abetting crime is same as committing it. Ignorance is not an excuse in the law.

When he's out after 50, of what use would he be to himself or the society?? Even if he's pardoned, he must have done a minimum of 30.

Dude's life is totally fvcked up now.
Pls shut up, what is accessory to treason he wont even spend up to 5yrs in jail...

An Interview with a Jewish leader about Blacks.

INTERVIEWER: Why are blacks so behind Economically?

JEWISH LEADER:The only aspect blacks understand is Consumption. Blacks don't understand the importance of building wealth.

The fundamental rule is to keep your money within your racial group. We build Jewish business, hire Jewish, buy Jewish and spend Jewish.

There is nothing wrong with that but it is a basic rule blacks cannot comprehend and follow;

"He kills his fellow blacks daily instead of wanting to see his fellow black do well" 93% of blacks killed in America are by other blacks.

Their leaders steal from their people and send the money back to their colonial master from whom they borrow the same money from.

Every successful black want to spend his money in the country of his colonial masters.

They go on holiday abroad, buy houses abroad, school abroad etc instead of spending this money in their own country to benefit their people.

Statistics show that the Jew's money exchanges hands 18 times before leaving his community while for blacks it is probably a maximum of once or even zero.

Only 6% of black money goes back into their community. This is why Jews are at the top and blacks are at the bottom of every ladder of society.

Instead of buying Louis Vuitton, Hermes, expensive cars, shoes, houses, dresses etc, blacks could industralize Africa, build banks and get rid of colonial institutions by putting them out of business.

INTERVIEWER:Your thoughts on failure of blacks after 150yrs?

JEWISH LEADER:Well, nothing is ever the blackmans fault. His compulsive habit of killing his own, compulsive material consumption.

His inability to build businesses or preserve wealth are usually somebody else's fault.

INTERVIEWER: So what can blacks do to liberate themselves

JEWISH LEADER: Blacks must take responsibility. Blacks must unite.

And vehemently fight corrupt leaders who run down their country and run to IMF as though IMF is Father Christmas.
Pls forward this until it goes round Nigeria & particularly to our parasitic leaders.
We all need to learn our lessons quick and build our Nation NIGERIA. we must stand up to obtain sanity amongst African countries........ Copied

You have a point there. If the young man gets a good lawyer and feigns ignorance of the motive of the equipments, then the court will have to drop the DSS charge against him. Only MTN can press a criminal charge against him. I would have expected the DSS to pressure NCC to fine MTN for allowing unlawful use of its telecom equipment, but then i guess the law doesnt work like that.

I hate low rent criminals, who can't negotiate the right settlement , you are already a bad person, no big deal adding GREED to that!!

For that kind of job, he should have demanded for at least 50 million, in order to have something to fall back on after the inevitable jail sentence!! Learner!! Mtcheew!

I'm sure he never anticipated the gravity of punishment that will follow his illegal deal. If he had, I'm he would have negotiated better or simply fled. grin

2. Why the blazes were they paying him a meager 75k for 45 sites? That's evil!

An Yeeboman charging to render service to a cause '5% of Nigerians' were supposed to have ultimate believe in baffles me to say the least Anyway sha, even the director had all this while been feeding fat on the ignorance of the diaspora Biafraudians.
On a lighter note, has anyone tried typing Biafra and using auto-correct It is usually auto-corrected to fraud tongue tongue tongue

or why do you think Orubebe wanted to kill himself over INEC results..

it's still shocking to them cos they never blivd power will change hands... a Rtd. General that fought alongside others during the civil war for that matter
