For the umpteenth time,d mismanagement was discovered during his time as ptf chairman...it was only brought to the public domain wen former president Obasanjo set up a judicial panel of inquiry to probe the ptf missing funds...and that was after Abacha's reign as military head of state!

U and I have answered this question extensively but just for the benefit of doubt,mismanagement was discovered during his time as ptf chairman and he cud not do any thing about it until the report by the judicial panel made public the missing monies in ptf!
And to make matters worse he defended his former oga(late Abacha) saying that he never stole any money even wen abacha's loot was coming in large quantities from countries....
