Being that as it may, like you've said this has nothing foothold in removing FAYOSE from office.
By 2018 APC will be so occupied for 2019 election. that is why the report may go the way of natural death
Another twist to it is that you can't arrest, remove or prosecute a Governor without the House impeaching him. Whoever does so is guilty of treason and the punishment is DEATH!

Not sure, but he's protected by the constitution. The only way he can be removed and then possibly face prosecution is through the State House of Assembly.

Very interesting times lie ahead.
