Its hard to say CUs they have only been there a couple of months. But Fashola has been vocal with his plans. Whereas the FCT minister has been a Ghost Minister. FCT isn't even aware of his presence, his appearance or plans. Please We need a new Minister in FCT. Someone as dynamic as el-Rufai.

The fundamental issue is that FG has not even prepared a CONCLUSIVE budget yet.

Not to talk of Senate (NASS) approval.

Not to talk of disbursement and implementation by "noise makers" MINISTERS.

But a minister that is brainy should have had a workable blue print or policy direction by now waiting for funds to swing into action of course he/she should be trying hard by now to sell such ideas to masses and test its popularity.

Ministers got their portfolios very late last year, the "noise makers" haven't even started operating budgets so how do you grade their performances or lack of such ? The administration will kick off this year since most of last year was wasted on irrelevances.

None. There is nothing on ground to justify any judgement or grading. There is even no budget yet passed into law with which they can plan and execute projects. We're not sure if it's missing, withdrawn or in d possession of the NASS but that is story for another day.
