It is only fair to assess them after this year is over. They are yet to receive their budgets, although the supplementary budget and the remainder of last year's budget should be sufficient for the serious ones to start making headways.

This Adeosun woman has a good chance to prove herself, but I worry that she would not be able to, and would be very instrumental to PMB's non-performance.
