Buhari's government is a government of impunity and lawlessness. How can you detain people indefinitely? These guys are still innocent until proven guilty for Christ sake. The judiciary must live up to its responsibility and defend/protect our democracy and rule of law. They mustn't allow themselves to be manipulated by the executive arm. 105 Likes 14 Shares |

Under this government, such court injunction is irrelevant. I commend this administration for their effort in fighting corruption but the method is anti-democratic. Our dear president should find a more advance method that is in consonance with our contemporary democratic practice. If those EFCC and DSS handle you,you may even accept a responsibility of an offence you never committed. One may claim that the procedure does not delay justice but it is against the constitution which my able president swore an oath to. 38 Likes 3 Shares |

Hahaha, the battle line is being drawn. Each fucking arm of gooment exercising their legitimate roles. Seems the battle will be between the judiciary and executive as the the legislature has been bought. 30 Likes 2 Shares |

Does he have the powers to give such "order"?? A judge has the discretion to grant judgements based on the facts before him and the merits of the applicant's prayers. If he can do this, what stops him from saying "stop passing a guilty verdict on suspects"?? Ps: funny how these guys still look to "Tinubu's lying propaganda media" to promote their course. These same guys would rip thenation apart if anything anti PDP is reported. Such funny sets of people. 40 Likes 4 Shares |

Let the EFCC conducts thorough investigations before arrests to avoid impending anarchy associated with disregards to rule of law. The judiciary like other arms of govt should asserts its independence. 6 Likes 3 Shares |

in sane societies, pipul ar arrested only after investigations has been completed with ''Hard Evidence'' to charge d accused to court. but in dis administration, pipul ar arrested before investigation is completed. dis is why they ar yet to charge olisa to court. how can u arrest someone without ''Evidence'' to charge him to court wat dis govt is doing to olisa metuh is notin short of jungle justice were accused persons ar declared guilty without any evidence to back it up. Efcc's continued detention of olisa metuh show dat they have no case against him. Only in nigeria were an accused person is forced to sign a statement days after he's alleged to have written d statement. dis is notin short of blackmail. dis govt is a HUGE joke! 30 Likes 1 Share |

It's unfortunate that in a bid to support justice, that the sense of revenge and attempt to score cheap political points have engrossed every element of institutional democracy we got over the years. It's good to remind all and sundry that the worst constitutional democracy in Africa is by far better than any constitutional dictatorship in which Nigeria is now sliding into with the support of tyrannous majority whose aim is tainted with obsessive desire to discredit all the gains of PDPs 16 years administration. Nigerians should learn to accept responsibility for their actions and pay for their crimes no matter how highly placed. Sympathizers should also refrain from condoning criminal behaviours by public office holders. Let's remember, Justice can always be served better with the rule of law. 33 Likes 1 Share |

THIS DRACONIAL, TYRANNICAL, CLUELESS AND SHAMELESS GOVERNMENT OF APC IS A BIG SHAME TO NIGERIA AND A BIG SET BACK FOR DEMOCRACY IN AFRICA. A GOVERNMENT WHO DOES NOT OBEY COURT ORDERS NOR HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR THE JUDICIARY AND CONSTITUTION MUST BE STOPPED NOW BY BOTH NIGERIANS AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY BEFORE THIS GOVERNMENT CREATES AN ANARCHY OF INTERNATIONAL PROPORTIONS. 20 Likes |

simpleseyi: They are all innocent until proven guilty!!! What is wrong with some of you? Didnt you attend a school? You are quoting cases like it has been proven already! Are you saying what you just listed is truth because EFCC said so? Isnt the court the right place to prove if it is true or not? Some of you are so stone age people! 60 Likes 6 Shares |

lol. This is good news for Wailers and their fellow Armed Robbers. They still keep the memories of election loss and seeing every opportunity to attack the Govt. corruption has eaten deep into their miserable brain. I am waiting for law that will empower EFCC to detain anybody, 4 Likes 2 Shares |
