I don't really care if they gave the award to Amaechi or someone else....but I think ppl should stop putting divisions among the Igbos...whether he comes from the southeast or the southsouth doesn't remove the fact that he's an Igbo man.

This is why this Ohanaeze will never be taken seriously in this country. Their leaders are just their to cash on any avalaible opportunity by politicizing. Instead of working assidiously to see that Nnamdi Kanu is freed, they are giving awards that bespeak total hypocrisy. For example, Ogbonnaya Onu is given an award for the best minister of the year. Some one that has not spent up to three months in the office. It's a pity!
