He is a sniper, the usually work alone not with the regular army.
He can take out an enemy from 1 mile

This is a normal military tactic, especially for snipers.....so, what is unusual here

That's what snipers or special forces do to blend into the environment.

Common at OP, there is nothing unusual about this, it's a normal way to blend into the environment so as not to be detected. It's done everywhere in the world

S/He is a sniper nau,his duty requires him/her to remain hidden nd never to b seen until he finish his job.

Ussualy he can take out enemies frm afar,with d help of his sniper gun with a very long range.
