African couple weathered the storm in D.C.-area by trekking into the cold weather to capture a very excting engagement photos. The photo has since gone viral! Although meteorologists forecast 20 to 25 inches of snow to fall by Saturday in the Washington, D.C., and Baltimore regions, Felicia Sam and David Nartey left work Friday to drive nearly 40 minutes to Fort Meade, Maryland, to play in the snow and capture it all on camera.
