On the issue of budget missing i think we should blame the NASS (Senate) who corruption is written all over them, In the past prior to submission of the budget, The presidency will have to bribe them and they think it's gonna be like that.. Why do you think some of the senate always want to remain in senate? Why do you think David Mark always want to remain in that chamber? we keep reading news and counter news up and down... Well i think Saraki just know where his case is going and just trying to do everything to tarnish the image of the presidency if not how on earth will the Budget submit by the president himself to the NASS got missing and mind you that was why the President call back the budget to be review.
