Fashola inadvertently exposed massive fraud that went on in his ministry from may 29 up till his appointment.

Buhari's henchmen fleeced Nigeria in his first 6mths without ministers.

According to Fashola, when asked about the huge money paid to Road contractors without nothing to show, Fashola replied he knew nothing of this as he was not appointed minister at the time.

Fashola later said payments were made by his ministry over 100 days before his appointment.

This is just the tip.

Buhari's delayed appointments were deliberate and designed to have his cronies and henchmen empty out treasury.

It is on record that the inherited 2015 budget was never adhered to and that as late as late November Buhari approached the Senate for a 2 trillion naira supplementary bill.

Now since he refused to adhere to the budget of 2015 and went on to pay contractors 4bn naira as mobilisation fees to which no single centimetre of road was added to our road network, it is apparent that the first 6mths of Buhari's awful regime was meant to steal our collective wealth.

The man is a thief!

I'm glad you admitted this is fraud, so no turning back on that. Basically whoever was responsible for awarding these contracts is a fraud and a thief. However the only part you're wrong is who awarded these contracts. The previous administration did. I always say you guys know right from wrong, you guys just always decide to defend evil as long as its your heroes that perpetrated the crime.

They know their party and the people they are defending are very corrupt but TRIBALISM and serious spiritual strongholds in their hearts won't let them admit it to themselves. Buhari that shut down the country financially for six months just to prevent looting and capital flight they now want us to believe is the one stealing. What is he to gain from that they cannot tell.

Very tribal inferiority complex afflicted people and their stupid agenda. They have accepted corruption as their lot and the only thing left is to try to make sure the muck rubs on everybody.

The 4bn naira fraud was captured as part of the 2015 appropriation duly approved by Buhari and not Jonathan

This is why fash0le did not mention Jonathan but said the payments were made before he was appointed minister

Zombies can continue deceiving themselves with Aisha rice
