You are very correct. The total number of bundle is 37 bundles which when multiplied by 250k gives 9.25m. Each layer or row is made of 7 bundles and they are 5 stacks plus the additional two bundles on top making it 37. That's not considering the pieces. The total sum should be 10m. I have nvr trust Nigerian police.
