This is a great turmoil in our polity. the election that took place in kogi last year between Audu and wada was decleared inconclusive because the vote cancelled was more than the margin vote and inec declared it inconclusive. Now, same thing has happen between David mark and onjeh and victory was given to David mark. I think, in my own opinion that the so called inconclusive INEC is in a quagmire.

I knew the word *inconclusive* will surely surfaced and I'm not disappointed it came but either Onjeh or Onjah or Onju like it or not the game is over he should go and be preparing for next election, apc lies will crumbles one by one.

Despite I'm not David Mark fan but will rather accept him with all mistakes he did than to embrace anybody from a satanic liar party called apc. I will rather vote for Shekau Boko haram boss Mr new world James Bond alias live and never die he always died and came back to life if he decided to form a party than to vote for apc far from it.

Bayelsa and Kogi state elections weren't declared inconclusive because of cancelled votes rather due to disenfranchised voters who could not vote due to violence or inability of INEC to provide voting materials for election of the state officials.

A total number of 29,000 votes cancelled, while the wining margin is just about 12, 000 votes? Why is INEC confusing itself? I thought it held in the case of Kogi elections that when cancelled elections are more than the total numbers of the winning margin, the election becomes inconclusive? Where do we move from here with these their inconsistent positions?

Kogi and Bayelsa election weren't inconclusive because of invalid votes rather because of voters who are unable to vote for reasons not due to their fault e.g. violence, unavailability of voting materials, etc. Please do not misinform the gullibles.
