Heard it over the news this morning. Buhari was received into Saudi Arabia by the governor of Riyahd & i found that unusual.

There are too many children and idiots in Nairaland. There is protocol all over the world. Heads of states are generally not received at airports by Heads of state unless the President chooses to make an exception
