Tiger Make Iron Rods. Been on ground for ages now.

To protect iron rods, avoid the use of site water either from well or borehole to cast. Its important you buy clean water from tankers for casting. Also stone dust is required for casting too.

Yes we are still working on it for the Carcass actually.

We are still using the Rods.

We have removed the form works Just a day after casting. Pictures of that to follow below.

As for plastering raft, its just a way of presenting the raft of making it rough enough if it becomes too smooth.

Once Casting is done, you can take off form work after 24hrs and start filling immediately.

Due to Logistics, we started filling yesterday. Below are pics from yesterday.

Am impressed with the precision and quality so far put into the construction.Its a master piece most especially the way the raft foundation turned out after the casting. I will advice my clients to use marine boards for precision concrete works.
