Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, is now 51st richest man in the world with net worth of $15.4bn as at January, 2016, according to renowned international journal, Forbes.


Last year, Dangote was ranked 37th richest in the world with a net worth of $25 billion.

Bill Gates topped the list for the 17th time in 22 years, with net worth of $75billion, which has put him in the top spot of the list of Forbes’ World Billionaires for the third year in a row, after overcoming Mexico’s Carlos Slim Helu in 2014.
