The Africa Report in one of its issues portrayed Nigeria's President, Muhammadu Buhari in a caricature as a clueless leader who is at cross-purpose with the President of Africa's best economy, South Africa and its President, Jacob Zuma.Is this downright disrespectful or just an art of political wittiness?

They both look like dullards

thas the change we want, the other one is aquiring more wives, after so many years of saying,we need the power back in the hands of black,because this country belongs to black, and suddenly the power was giving over to blacks,and ever since then nothing whatsoever hasbeen done to better the lives of the fellow blacks, and the other one was there before as a confused military,and then power was taking from him,now he is back again after millions of years,still confused, dammmmm
