Amaechi who was the Governor then tried to disrupt election in the whole state so GEJ won't get enough votes there, he was hell bent on making INEC cancel the election cos he knew PDP will Rivers if it was conducted free and fair, it is certainly not a coincidence this is happening now and innocent lives are being slaughtered like fowls
