Police allegedly under the directives of Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje have sealed the Constituency Office of Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso popularly known as "Luggard" on Lugard road off Lodge Road close to the Kano Government House. The reason for his decision is still unknown.
