I have dated a few handicap folks.

They were mentally handicapped and I did not know that until i started dating them.

but on a serious note;

I would not start dating someone that was handicapped. If i was dating someone and really loved them and something happened then my hope and desire would be that i would stick by them. But I cant say for certain because I have never been in that postion.
