As we gradually approach the 5th of April 2016, this is to remind Justice Tsoho that the entire world will be tuned to his station. Once again, as the script unfolds and cameras capture actions by the principal actors, prosecuting and defending Buhari's prisoner of conscience - Nnamdi Kanu, I hope that queer masquerades will not be part of the cast.

The state of the expired Nigeria depicts a terrible monster that breeds death. There are no two ways about it. The spate of bloodshed with total and absolute disregard for human life and lack of respect for human right speaks volumes. The recklessness and the high rate of corruption in all sectors are norms in this bed-ridden country. It has become a community for cankerworms, gradually eating away the faulty foundation which is tending towards collapse. All these were the prophetic words of Nnamdi Kanu and for which Buhari has vowed to keep him incarcerated.

Did Kanu attempt to take over any government? Was he bombing Churches and Mosques? Did he steal money from the government’s coffers? Did he kill anyone? Why has he remained incarcerated? In a democracy, presidents come and go but the judiciary remains. This is why I am reminding you to make sure justice prevails. Do not pervert the law. A dog does not eat the bone it is given to guard. The lack of credible witnesses and requests for a secret trail are simply gimmicks and enough evidence to prove that there is no credible witness to prosecute Kanu.

Nnamdi Kanu exercised his rights to freedom of speech, as well as right to self-determination as allowed in the Nigerian constitution and United Nations charter. How can that ever amount to Treasonable Felony? I am resounding the information in case you forget that International bodies, Nations of the world are eagerly awaiting your verdict. Hopefully, your cowardly subservience to your boss – Buhari, will not debar justice or deter you from upholding the rule of law.

Your years of meritorious service at the bar is now hanging in a balance. You can save it or destroy it at the altar of service to a retarded dullard and then smear your record in the mire.
Biafrans are at alert and ready to welcome a hero for all times and honestly, I hope you will do the needful for the sake of equity and fairness. Do not forget, the world is watching and waiting.
