This is a very good one. We have said it time without number that EFCC is lazy. The agency is just rushing out without thorough investigation. Buhari should remove pressure from them and allow them to do a good job. Why these are coming out is because APC can no longer sustain the lies earlier told. Initially they said $2.1b was diverted; later it became that oh dasuki bought arms but they were substandard or not delivered. mainwhile you have passed a judgement on him in the press that he is a thief. This is why EFCC cannot win cases. The truth is that Dasuki actually bought arms and they are still using them till today. However, if any amount was stolen and cannot be accounted for, fine, charge him. So far APC and Buhari have just been making noise, no substance. the economy is dripping fast, inflation is so high, insecurity has ascended. God help us. 3 Likes |

Buhari couldn't do it alone in 2003, 2007 and 2011 but managed to do it in 2015 with Tinubu's support. Denial won't help. Think! kITATITA: 1 Like |

playtheblues: You should be smart enough to know that nobody wins ANY election alone. The winning partnership involves millions who voted for him and thousands who worked in his campaign. They all played different roles in the process. For Goodluck Jonathan to win in 2011 and lose in 2015 indicates that he lost support while his opponent gained support. During the three previous losses, Buhari's supporters didn't commit suicide or sabotage the economy, they worked on the strategy of gaining more partnership and adopting winning ways. Any person who choses to kill himself because Jonathan lost is welcome opportunity for Buhari to have less opposition votes to contend with. 2 Likes |

Buhari has not achieved one single thing since he was voted in. Even Ministerial appointment was a big deal to him, now it is budget padding. Buhari should just take the honourary door out before he's disgraced once again out of office. kITATITA: 1 Like |

Apologise indeed. If i hear say Buhari even send them. Which Judge can compel the president to appear before him to answer any case of civil or criminal proceedings while in office when this is what the Nigerian 1999 constitution as amended has to say about the matter: 308.(1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Constitution, but subject to subsection (2) of this section - (a) no civil or criminal proceedings shall be instituted or continued against a person to whom this section applies during his period of office; (b) a person to whom this section applies shall not be arrested or imprisoned during that period either in pursuance of the process of any court or otherwise; and (c) no process of any court requiring or compelling the appearance of a person to whom this section applies, shall be applied for or issued: Provided that in ascertaining whether any period of limitation has expired for the purposes of any proceedings against a person to whom this section applies, no account shall be taken of his period of office. (2) The provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall not apply to civil proceedings against a person to whom this section applies in his official capacity or to civil or criminal proceedings in which such a person is only a nominal party. (3) This section applies to a person holding the office of President or Vice-President, Governor or Deputy Governor; and the reference in this section to "period of office" is a reference to the period during which the person holding such office is required to perform the functions of the office. Jokers
