I will get you the length but the going rate for a pre cast parapet of this design is about N23,000 for a linear meter.

Thank you for the information shared.I hope to embark on a personal building project before December and I intend including parapets in the project. I ve been weighting the option of using precast because it's more affordable. Based on the information you provided I ve settled for precast.

Like in straight line meter measurement, not in square meters. That is: m vs sqm.

The parapet cost around N700k if my memory serves me right, the plastering works are many, materials and workmanship will cost around N2.8m but there are so many other works included, like all the doors and windows installation and dressing.
