In what has got more people talking, the official announcement of the death of former Bayelsa state governor, DSP Alamieyeseigha left out a crucial ceremony, lying-in-state, as announced by the state government. This has heated up discussion in some quarters on social media that the late governor may not have died since his body would not be available for public viewing as expected during the lying-in-state. There are however reports that his lying-in-state will be for just his family members and close associates.

No lying-in-state? Now that's something. The family should give a logical explanation as to why. They need to prove that they have nothing to hide. That man already has(or had) a reputation.

Since October last year.... about 6months ago. Must this dead man be 'complaining' about 0MW, fuel scarcity, climate change/ heat amongst others? Bury him a beg, let him rest in peace.
On a second thought, looks suspicious for a first elected (and jailed) executive governor without lying in state. if he truly isn't dead, what is d use for the pretence...to avoid another jail? I will rather die than play dead in reality.
