A government commits terror against its people when it ignores their plight. Its henchmen go about flaunting their ill gotten wealths in the midst of mass penury. Such government is essentially egocentric and failed to appreciate the virtues of humanism which is the path paved for progress and civilization. The effects of its terror are much more devastating and pervasive than that of any terrorist group. Such government derives its strength from the incompetence of the people due to lack of group consciousness. The people are divided as a result of the obvious differences among their ideologies, religions, and cultures.
Criticisms against the government are perceived to be criticisms against the ethnic group at the helm of affairs, it is therefore seen as been bias and uncalled for.
Developments will continue to elude such society while the elites grab as much as they can for there is little harmony and much instability within the people(the drivers of the TRUE CHANGE).
