If an administration has to justify its actions and inactions with its predecesor, then that administration lacks:

Confidence

Goal

Vision and it is suffering from acute dose of insecurity.

People voted for change not comparism, if they wanted things to be the way it has always been, why would they vote for change?

There was scarcity but it didn't last up to a month.
There was scarcity yet there was power in most places
There was scarcity yet the inflation didn't enter double digit
There was scarcity yet the minister of petroleum was not as clueless as this one.
There was scarcity yet the weather wasn't as harsh as this
There was scarcity yet the labour leaders were protesting on per sec but are now dumb

From there was never scarcity to there was but it didn't last..
Hmm
