Yesterday, after spending over 10 hours on the queue I succeeded in buying fuel. I filled my tank. With the EXCITEMENT that I wont have to jump bus for at least a while, I mistakenly shouted APC, and one mumu who bought fuel in gallon shouted CHANGE. Omo, I just woke on my hospital bed.
