I personally believe there has to be a reform in the civil service across all MDAs for this country to move forward. For every Politician,Minister or Military man that steals money, a civil servant must be culpable. Theres no way Dasuki could do anything without the role of a civil servant.

If the Civil Service is not reformed and that perception that once you are a civil servant, you will have a job for life needs to be rejected.

It is going to be hard because the unions wont agree but the civil service( across the Federal,State and Local Government) is one of Nigerias most critical problems.

Very soon Buhari will blame GEJ and Sambo for this delayed budget.

Just one budget is taking him almost a year to do right, the same way it took him about six months to appoint his recycled Ministers cum political thieves.
