NCWD is a government agency where there is hierarch among workers (civil servants) , if you are the one you will never wish your junior to be place over you.
Civil servants have rules that must be followed at all time.

Why on earth would a man be the D.G for women development center for crying out loud.

I have it on good authority that the Acting Director-General, National Centre for Women Development, NCWD Abuja, Abdulmalik Dauda, was not killed as a result of a car accident, as reported by irresponsible bloggers and lazy reporters.

He was returning from Katsina when, just after leaving the town of Musawa, he started struggling with his breathing. He actually directed his driver to head straight for Musawa hospital. Unfortunately, he passed away before he was attended to by a physician. One could only guess that his demise was due to a heart condition.

May his gentle soul RIP. This was a genuinely good hearted man.
