Nonsense..... budget padding has been the norm in previous PDP administrations but they're trying to make it seem as if this is the first time it's happening.

What else explains how these members of the Presidency and Senate kill, do rituals and swear oaths to get to those positions?

This explains how they get crazy rich once they get into those positions. They Pad budgets and they hustle to get constituency allocations to themselves.

Who thinks they were doing this because they love the people in their constituency so much? ...... Of course it was to loot the money.

All this just got exposed during PMB's administration.
