hi tech nerd, i have a tecno phantom A and all of a sudden the battery went flat, i tried charging it wit the fone charger but wasn't charging then i used desktop charger to charge the ba3 bt to my surprise, it is only the flash lite that on when i put the ba3. Pls what can i do, i miss my apps. Thanks and hope to hear from you pretty soon.

It need a power flashing , find a good tech shop nd do a power flaship.

I disagree . OTA upgrade doesn't brick m3 devices.
As a matter of fact u should be scared of installing custom rom rather because it brick phone often.
With full assurance go ahead nd install ur update

A core system app that control dialer is corrupted you need to download the techno h7 stock rom and flash it

Recently when watching movies on my tab, after a few mins it stops and moves to the tab home page and sometimes the tab reboots all by itself. After the reboot, if I try entering my pass code, it doesn't unlock until I restart the fone by myself.... Pls what can the issue be and how do I sort it. Note: I have already carried out a factory reset....yet the problem persists....
