Nissan Murano V6 2004 Bank 1 No Spark Problem by Omike85(m): 6:56pm On May 01, 2016
A Nissan Murano 2004 V6 has a bank 1 Ignition problem. There seems to be no spark from all 3 cylinders in bank 1. Swapped all ignition coils to those in bank 2 and vice versa but still no spark and they would work well in all 3 cylinders in bank 2. Tested for battery voltage on all 3 cylinder coil connectors in bank 1 and there seems to be battery voltage. Replaced bank 1 camshaft position sensor problem still persist. What could be the problem?? Could it be bad or shorted ground?or bad ignition ecm wiring to bank 1 or bad ignition condenser

I believe for some reason that we should have a constant gnd on one of the terminals and a 5V refrence or 4.5V if it is a three wire coil,we should have battery voltage,5V, feed back i.e IGF some are grounded on the coil pack their self and one more thing the five volts only appear on KOEF i.e key on engine off.

Have the intake valve control solenoid changed. Before that check for corrosion, excessive oil contact, check for B+ voltage, test solenoid to see its performance. If you have a professional scan tool, activate the solenoid to confirm if it works. Good luck
