Dear Nairalander, I need the Nigeria Communication Commission complaint line. I think MTN is going beyond their boundary in Nigeria. I recharged N1000 for my BIS this morning, just for them to deduct N350 afterwards. I called the customer care to know what really went wong. They said I was charged for caller tunez which I never registered and another stupid music plus which I never registered. I think MTN should pack their load and leave Nigeria. Enough is Enough of their tyranny. |
