a unique perspective, people will want to read about it. There’s never
enough information for the voracious appetites of collectors and
enthusiasts. They desire more and with practice, you can give them
that.

1. Readers are looking for information

People who visit your blog want to be informed. They want to learn more
or stay up to date on specific topics. You would be surprised what people are
searching for online. For example, some people want news that doesn’t appear
in mainstream media. You can be the one to give it to them.

2. Readers are looking for solutions

Blogs solve a lot of problems in the world. Those problems might include
dieting, health concerns or how to replace the bumper on a 1957 Chevy. The
Internet has become the world’s largest library. What can you add to the Internet?
Your knowledge and insights can help others.

3. Readers are looking to be entertained

The Internet is not all work! People want to connect, laugh and share with
others. Your blog can quickly become popular for your brand of humor combined
with the subject you choose. There’s always fun information you can
share with others that will help attract visitors to your blog.

My own 2-cents:

Readers want to feel your passion through what you write.

Readers want to be informed about your authority on the subject matter. Readers want to read you dissecting the matter, sub-dissecting and re-dissecting it in a clearer measure each time

Readers have read many similar posts to what you want to write about, but are looking for a new opinion, something more original that the last original one they read about.

Readers want to read from a writer writing about the subject-matter they are interested in over and over again.

Readers want to read broadly, not about some narrow pin-point matter. They want to be thrown into the wind and ocean of thoughts, angles, ideas, scenarios; an analysis that hits the nail on the head.
