80percent of fash projects were basically thru Private Public Partnership.

yes its better than other governors that stole but he could have done so much more with his allocations.(refineries,factories,farms etc that would have put money in his ppls pocket) for God sake they can't afford 90% susidised cinema ticket(=N=100 naira fa!!!)

For your information, government don't run business. They put up policies that help investor create and run business.
