I've readministers such as Amaechi, Ngige and Fashola speak of waiting for and needing the budget to get signed before any meaningful work may be done or achieved. With the implementation of the TSA have the MDA's already been given their share of budget or will that take more time? When do local gov'ts get their money as well? Any info will be greatly appreciated. |
