This is a man whose dad was implicated in the Panama scandal.

Even if there was some element of truth in it, he should realize that the UK is one of the biggest beneficiaries of our "corruption" due to the fact that our people carry these funds to keep in the UK.

Well, he didn't lie. Nigeria is very corrupt.

Why do Nigerian's always go on defence. Cameron is right why don't you fools deal with it. If you check the country you will also find that you yoruba and hauusa are the main culprits and cause of the corruption

Why does it hurt a spade when you call it a....spade? Anyone?

cheesy grin cheesy grin
Because the person calling a spade a spade is the reason why a spade is called a spade.
You can't be aiding corruption in a country by 'keeping' the looted fund on behalf of the looters and still call the country corrupt.... All we are asking for is repatriation of the looted fund back to Nigeria..

Good morning Sir.

Sorry about the delayed response.

I don't think they are the ones who gave us a bad name. And then, their keeping/holding back the money should be referred to as injudicious, not corrupt. More so, as they have not spent it.

I believe it's time we told ourselves the truth, or at least, not carry knives and staves when someone tells us what we can't tell ourselves.

We have messed up our hands so much that it stinks across oceans, to the extent that even a child continents away knows the average Nigerian is corrupt.
In the court of law, when you defame someone, you will not be held liable if you can prove that what you said is the truth. Consequently, even as we censure what Cameron said, we should know that we have got nothing on him, given that what he said is the truth.

Lastly, we shouldn't insist on political correctness, aka 'he shouldn't have said it like that', as we are way past the stage where that will work on us What we need now is the truth that will be told like thunder, and that, while the whole world listens.

but for me,that statement credited to him is not correct because gaborone,a Nigerian Is not corrupt. The fact that some Nigerians are corrupt does not mean that some are not also clean. if the statement read some Nigerians are fantastically corrupt, maybe it would have gone down well with me. Anyways I get your point.
