When did IMF granted Nigeria loan of $3billion? Funny. When did IMF even have that power to determine a country's VAT increment or decrement? Is the IMF our new CBN now? Well the naira hasn't been devalued according to CBN, so wherever you posted up there is meaningless and doesn't hold any water |
