Dear Nairalanders especially Romancelanders, while trying to contribute on one of the threads in this section, I came across rule 22 which says Don't ask Nairaland members for contact details (email, phone, bbpin) or investments.
This raised a couple of questions
1) Is this a new development or it has been on for sometime cos he be like say this my habit of not reading instructions wan dey catch up with me
2) Does it mean the Oga at the top is against offline correspondence cos some of us here like to move our ministries to the permanent site.
3) Will a moniker get banned for violating the rule because all these NL mods too get hot blood.

It's the most abrogated rule on nairaland...asking for people's contact in a forum like this is just so inevitable...remember the thread from pm to alter?...everything were possible cos they first exchanged contacts.
